Income Qualifications


This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. 
Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income. The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process and reviewed on an annual basis in combination with current income limit rates, third party verification may also be required.

In order to qualify to live at our community, the total annual income (before taxes) for all occupants of the apartment home (regardless of age) must be less than:
